The Escapists Review

The Escapists is a game on the PC and Xbox One. The game runs under the premise that you are stuck in a prison and have to escape. There are many ways out and it can be choosing which way to go. You can raid desks, make money to buy things, or beat people up to get out. Sometimes the game can be very challenging. There are 6 prisons in the main game, but there are 7 DLC prisons for you to break out of. Some prisons have exclusive items and item you need to escape. Overall, The Escapists is a great game to play on the PC or Xbox One.

Super Smash Bros for Wii U Review

Super Smash Bros for Wii U is a game that came out on the Wii U in Japan in December 2014, and in North America, Europe, and Australia in November 2014. It is a fighting containing all of Nintendo's greatest characters and having them fight. It isn't just like any other fighting game as there is no health bar and instead there is a percentage bar which goes up as you do damage to the opponent. The higher the percentage bar is, the farther they get knocked back. The whole point is to knock the opponent off the stage. Another thing that makes Smash unique are the items. There are several items from Nintendo's many franchises that you can use. It makes the game hectic and fun. The Wii U version has tons of great modes for multiplayer and single player. The Wii U version also brought a first for the series, Amibo integration, which was also a first for Nintendo. There are over 50 Amibo that you can tap in and train up to be you fighting sidekick. Overall, Super Smash Bros for Wii U is very fun, it is one of the greatest games ever made, and should be a must-own for any Wii U owner.

Super Mario Maker Review

Super Mario Maker is a game on the Wii U that came out on September 11th. It is a game with two different modes. Creating and playing levels.

Creating levels is as easy as it's ever going be with the touchscreen gamepad that allows you to draw your course. Testing courses is also very simple, allowing you to switch between playing and making with press of a button and almost no lag. There are a lot of course elements to make your courses as crazy and creative as you want them to be.

Playing is also very fun. The platforming is tight and it is easy to pick up and play. Finding courses is easy with you being able to search up courses with certain filters on the Super Mario Maker site and bookmark them so you can play them later. You also can follow makers you like which is very useful so you can find good courses easily. There are two other game modes that have you use a certain amount of lives to beat a certain amount of courses. The 10 Mario Challenge gives you 10 lives to beat 8 courses that the developers have made. The 100 Mario Challenge gives you 100 lives to beat 8 easy levels on easy mode, 16 moderate levels on normal made, and 16 expert levels on expert mode, all which are player made.

Overall, Super Mario Maker is fun, competitive, and is one of the best games on the Wii U and in 2015.
